    Public Terminal Currently Out of Service

    Probate Court Processing Probate Cases

    The Probate Court is closed to the public but it hosting all required forms online, or residents can call the court and receive a forms package through the mail.

    Court of Wills, Estates and Probate Reopening on Limited Basis Beginning April 20

    The court will remain closed to the public, but it will be accepting new probate cases by mail or e-mail for Intestate (no will) probates.
