Proposed Project Revenue Bond for Valle de Atrisco Family Apartments


The Bernalillo County Commission will consider a motion on Feb. 13, 2018, to adopt an ordinance authorizing approval of Project Revenue Bond application in an amount of up to $23 million for Valle de Atrisco Family Apartments. This project will assist in financing the construction of a 240-unit, affordable, multifamily apartment project in District 2 located on Dennis Chavez Blvd. between 98th and 118th Streets in Southwest Albuquerque. Administratively, this project was initially introduced under a NOI for two separate projects at the May 9, 2017, administrative meeting. The second complex (Ceja Vista Senior Apartments) will have a public hearing at a later date.
