BernCo Court of Wills, Estate and Probate to be Present at Law-La-Palooza Sept. 12


The Bernalillo County Court of Wills, Estate and Probate welcomes residents to the latest Albuquerque Law-La-Palooza, an event that offers free legal consultations with attorneys this Thursday, Sept. 12 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Westside Community Center, 1250 Isleta SW.

The Court of Wills, Estate and Probate will be at the event to provide general information about the probate process in Bernalillo County, but is not allowed to provide legal advice.

However, local attorneys will be available to provide advice on civil legal matters (except family law), including in the areas of landlord/tenant, personal injury, immigration, public benefits, adult guardianship, bankruptcy, Real ID/driver authorization card, name change, creditor/debtors, IRS problems, foreclosure, contracts, power of attorney and Supplemental Social Security/Social Security Disability.

Consultations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Bilingual attorneys and staff will be available.
