Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department, Albuquerque Police Department, New Mexico State Police, and the Valencia County Sheriff have teamed up with the Department of Homeland Security to form a Special Cold Case Task Force to investigate the disappearance of Tara Leigh Calico.
