Bernalillo County – County Commissioner Charlene Pyskoty is hosting the East Mountain Celebration on Sunday, Sept. 22 from noon to 5 p.m. at Los Vecinos Community Center.

This free outdoor event includes entertainment, jumpers, a zip line, games, food trucks and, for the first time, a wine and beer garden.

“This is a chance for East Mountain residents to gather as a community and celebrate life in the eastern part of Bernalillo County,” says District 5 Commissioner Charlene Pyskoty. “If we can celebrate as a community we can then learn to grow and prosper as a community.”

Along with food and drink vendors, the event will also include artisans, a car show and various booths offering information about the East Mountains and its history, and county services.

All county residents are invited to attend this celebration.
