Bernalillo County commissioners have approved project revenue bonds for two multi-family apartment complexes on Coors Boulevard which will bring more than 200 new apartments to low and moderate income residents.

County Commission Approves LEDA Grant for Food Company

Bernalillo County is the fiscal agent for a state-issued Local Economic Development Act (LEDA) grant for New Mexico Fresh Foods in the amount of $750,000. Additionally, the county is applying for a Community Development Block Grant (CMBG) in the amount of $500,000 to assist New Mexico Fresh Foods with the purchase of equipment.

BernCo Commission Approves Project Revenue Bonds

The Bernalillo County Commission approved project revenue bonds for the Casa de Sierra apartments, formerly known as Valencia Court Apartments. The bonds, in a series of one or more, are tax-exempt and/or taxable bonds not to exceed $14 million.
