An Exhibit of Recent Acquisitions to the Bernalillo County Public Art Program

Bernalillo County Commissioner Jim Collie would like to invite you to the new District 3 art exhibit of recent acquisitions to the county’s public art program.

“The Bernalillo County public art program provides an opportunity for our community to enjoy beautiful and unique artworks in public spaces, while supporting the local arts community,” states Commissioner Jim Collie.

The show highlights the exceptional talent and diversity of Bernalillo County artists.

When: March 16 - June 28, 2020
Where: 10th Floor of One Civic Plaza NW, Suite 10111

The exhibit features work by artists Lindsey Fromm, Jordan Caldwell, Sally Condon, and David Keating.

Rachel (1907-1964) was a marine biologist when few women dared to even tread water. Her early childhood was spent exploring nature in western Pennsylvania. She wrote the book Silent Spring in 1962, which revealed the damaging use of the chemical compound DDT. It was banned in the United States in 1972. Ann Beyke has performed in local film, theater, television, radio plays and as a voice-over artist for over 25 years.
