Building of ‘Tiny Homes’ Underway

The building of the 30 ‘tiny homes’ for the Tiny Home Village began Saturday, May 30.

Commissioner Collie Attends Grand Re-Opening of the De Anza Motor Lodge

Commissioner James M. Collie attended the Grand Re-Opening of the De Anza Motor Lodge on Tuesday, March 10. The event included a re-introduction of the Shalako Ceremonial Procession Murals and a painting created by renowned artist, R.C. Nowlin, especially for the De Anza.

Tiny Home Village Breaks Ground in More Ways Than One

Bernalillo County along with partners, supporters and the community broke ground on the Tiny Home Village project, adjacently located to the Albuquerque Indian Center, 105 Texas St. SE.

The Bernalillo County Commission approved the refinancing of bonds for Winrock shopping center and a second round of bonds to be offered to investors.

BernCo Commission Passes Resolution to Support Enactment of Extreme Risk Laws for Firearms

On Jan. 29 BernCo Commissioners passed a resolution calling upon the State Legislature and the governor to enact and implement legislation allowing for the issuance of extreme risk firearm protection orders.
